תנאי אספקה

מוצרים דיגיטליים הנרכשים באתר מתקבלים מיד לאחר התשלום. עם אישור התשלום מועבר הלקוח לדף בו יוכל להוריד המוצר. לשם ביטחון, אנו שולחים גם הודעת דואר אלקטרוני עם המוצר מצורף אליה בתוך שני ימי עבודה מאישור העסקה.

תנאי ביטול וזיכוי

בהיעדר הודעה אחרת בעמוד התשלום, ניתן לבטל כל עסקה שמתבצעת דרך האתר תוך 14 ימים ולקבל זיכוי כספי מלא, בניכוי 5% דמי ביטול (או 200 ש"ח, הנמוך מביניהם), למעט תשלום עבור אירועים החלים פחות מ-7 ימים מהמועד בו מתבצע הביטול; במקרה כזה לא תבוטל העסקה ולא יתבצע זיכוי.

על תקנון זה ותנאיו יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל והם יפורשו על פיהם בלבד.
